What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of service throughout each tenancy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, contractors and other key contacts
- Coordinate maintenance works, repairs and contractor appointments efficiently
- Ensure properties remain compliant with current legislation and industry regulations
- Resolve tenancy issues professionally, providing practical solutions and excellent customer care
- Support and mentor colleagues where appropriate while contributing to the success of the wider team
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in Residential Property Management, ASTs and/or Block Property Management
- Good understanding of current property legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Calm and confident problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail
- Leadership or mentoring experience would be advantageous
- ARLA, MTPI or RICS qualification would be beneficial, or willingness to work towards a professional qualification
- Full UK driving licence is essential and use of your own vehicle would be advantageous
