An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Tenancy Progressor to join a successful residential lettings team in Woking: supporting the tenancy process from agreed let through to move-in while delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that would suit someone with previous lettings administration or tenancy progression experience who enjoys working to deadlines, managing multiple tasks and ensuring every stage of the tenancy process is completed accurately, efficiently and in full compliance with current lettings legislation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the tenancy progression process from agreed let through to move-in
- Coordinating tenant referencing, right to rent checks and compliance documentation
- Preparing tenancy agreements and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and the lettings team to keep all parties updated throughout the process
- Arranging key release and ensuring all tenancy requirements have been satisfied before move-in
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all deadlines are met in line with current legislation
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- A minimum of 12 months' experience in a Lettings Administrator or Tenancy Progressor role
- Good understanding of residential lettings processes, tenancy agreements and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Positive, proactive and team-focused approach to work
- Competent IT skills and confidence using property software and Microsoft Office
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Woking
