What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Senior Lettings Negotiator:
- Managing rental enquiries and conducting property viewings
- Securing tenancies and negotiating rental agreements
- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Ensuring properties are let efficiently and compliantly
- Working to and exceeding lettings targets
- Delivering an exceptional standard of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in residential lettings essential
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Professional, presentable, and confident
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
- Good local knowledge of Woking and surrounding areas (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
