We are seeking a capable Quantity Surveyor or QS/Estimator to support cost planning, tender preparation, and project evaluation within a growing building firm. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for tender submissions
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documents
  • Sourcing supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Supporting tender documentation, cost plans, and budgets
  • Maintaining updated cost databases for labour, materials, and equipment
