An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pre Tenancy Coordinator to join a successful residential lettings team in Woking, supporting the pre-tenancy process from agreed offer through to move-in while ensuring all compliance, documentation and customer service requirements are completed accurately and on time.

This is a varied role that would suit someone with previous lettings administration, tenancy coordination or property administration experience who enjoys keeping the tenancy journey moving, managing compliance tasks and ensuring landlords and tenants receive a smooth and professional service from offer accepted through to occupation.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the pre-tenancy process from offer agreed through to move-in
  • Coordinating tenant referencing, AML checks, Right to Rent checks and all required compliance documentation
  • Preparing and issuing tenancy agreements and supporting paperwork accurately and promptly
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal teams to ensure properties are ready for occupation
  • Monitoring safety certificates, deposit requirements and statutory documents before move-in
  • Maintaining accurate records on internal systems and ensuring all deadlines are met in line with current lettings legislation

  • Previous experience in lettings administration, tenancy coordination, property administration or a similar residential lettings role
  • Good understanding of the pre-tenancy process, tenancy agreements and lettings compliance requirements
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload, chase outstanding information and meet deadlines
  • Confident communication and customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Positive, proactive and team-focused approach to work
  • Competent IT skills and confidence using property software and Microsoft Office
  • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Woking
