What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing tenancy administration from agreed let through to move-in
- Producing and maintaining lettings and sales documentation accurately
- Coordinating tenant referencing, Right to Rent and compliance checks
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and third-party providers
- Supporting the sales team with applicant registrations, viewings and sales progression
- Carrying out general office administration and database management duties
