An exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager to develop and manage relationships with mortgage brokers, driving new business and account growth within a leading conveyancing network. We’re seeking an energetic and relationship-driven Account Manager to join a growing conveyancing platform provider. This role involves engaging with mortgage brokers, registering them on the platform, and developing long-term partnerships that enhance the value of the company’s proposition. Working closely with a supportive internal team, you’ll balance prospecting, account development, and retention to achieve business goals.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Source and onboard mortgage brokers to the platform.
  • Proactively identify and target new brokers and firms.
  • Build and maintain strong broker relationships.
  • Manage your diary to balance new business and retention.
  • Collaborate with the internal account management team.
  • Support brokers with case updates and issue resolution.
  • Guide brokers through new matter placements.
  • Attend monthly meetings with partners and stakeholders.
  • Use data to track performance and identify opportunities.
  • Create and follow a monthly activity plan.

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Proven background in sales or account management with a focus on client relationship development.
