Responsible for viewings, negotiations, winning instructions and progressing sales, with opportunity to carry out valuations and grow market share. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors
- Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
- Identifying and creating new business opportunities
- Winning new instructions and increasing market share
- Carrying out market appraisals and converting valuations into listings (beneficial)

- Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM systems
