We are recruiting on behalf of an independent estate agency in Welling seeking an experienced Sales Valuer / Lister. This role focuses on winning instructions, delivering accurate valuations, and contributing to the continued growth of the residential sales department.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conduct property valuations and secure new instructions
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and potential clients
- Provide accurate advice on pricing, marketing, and market conditions
- Maximise listing opportunities and conversion rates
- Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
- Identify new business opportunities within the local market
- Work towards agreed targets and performance objectives
