A Property Manager is required to join a multi-branch independent property company based in Welling, DA16. The successful candidate will manage a residential portfolio, providing professional service to landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Dealing with day-to-day maintenance issues and liaising with contractors
• Arranging property inspections and ensuring properties remain compliant
• Managing tenancy renewals, deposit returns and end-of-tenancy procedures
• Maintaining strong working relationships with landlords and tenants
• Keeping property records, safety certificates and compliance documentation up to date

• Previous experience within residential property management
• Good knowledge of current tenancy legislation and lettings compliance
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Good attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Comfortable using property management software and other office systems
• Professional, calm and proactive approach with the ability to work independently
