Our client, a highly successful and respected independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a proactive and ambitious Sales Manager / Lister. This role is focused on generating new business, securing instructions, conducting accurate valuations, and maintaining exceptional client relationships. The successful candidate will be results-driven, commercially astute, and confident in their ability to convert opportunities into listings.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
