An experienced Estate Agency Sales Manager is required in the Wantage area to oversee Sales Office operations, generate new business, value properties, manage staff, and deliver excellent service while growing market share and profitability.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to oversee the sales department of a highly regarded independent agency with offices across Berkshire and Oxfordshire. This is a senior position suited to a confident and personable property professional who can manage and develop the lettings business, lead a team, and build strong relationships with landlords while increasing instructions and overall performance.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
