A Tenancy Administrator is required to be part of a busy property team in the Uxbridge area, supporting the smooth running of both student and general lettings, with a strong focus on tenancy administration, compliance and customer service.

This is a hands-on role within a close-knit team where everyone contributes and helps out: working across the lettings function and liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will play an important role in keeping tenancies compliant, organised and progressing smoothly from start to finish. Previous experience in the lettings industry and strong organisational and administrative skills are essential.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the administration of new tenancies from agreed let through to move-in, ensuring all paperwork and checks are completed accurately
  • Preparing tenancy agreements, renewals and associated documentation for student and general residential lets
  • Completing and maintaining tenancy compliance including right to rent, referencing, deposits, certificates and required safety documentation
  • Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues to resolve queries and keep tenancies progressing
  • Handling day-to-day tenancy administration, ensuring records, systems and documentation are accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the wider lettings team with general administration and providing a high level of service to landlords and tenants

  • Previous experience in lettings, property administration, tenancy administration or a similar property role
  • Good understanding of the tenancy process and relevant compliance requirements
  • Experience handling tenancy agreements, renewals, referencing and deposit administration
  • Ideally some knowledge of both student and general residential lettings
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator who can deal professionally with landlords, tenants and contractors
  • Comfortable working in a busy environment and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • A flexible, hands-on approach with a willingness to support colleagues across the business
