What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain and process tenancy and rent review information
- Manage landlord correspondence and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare supporting figures and data for rent review recommendations and cases
- Process landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate property records and update CRM systems regularly
- Provide general administrative support across the tenancy team
