Working within a successful sales team, you will manage applicants and vendors throughout the sales process, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and support transactions through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
- Conducting property viewings and providing professional advice to buyers
- Negotiating offers between vendors and purchasers
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
- Managing sales progression from offer agreed through to completion
- Building relationships with clients and maintaining high service standards
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience within estate agency or residential property sales would be advantageous
- Junior candidates with a genuine interest in property and a desire to build a career in estate agency will also be considered
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a proactive approach to generating new business opportunities
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
- Good local market knowledge or the willingness to develop this quickly
- Organised with strong time-management and administrative skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Professional, motivated, and committed to delivering results
