Our client is seeking an experienced Land & New Homes Director to join their independent estate agency in Sutton. This self-employed role offers the opportunity to develop land and new homes business opportunities while building strong relationships across the local property market.
Working closely with the business owner, you will identify and secure development opportunities, establish relationships with landowners and developers, and support the sale and marketing of new homes. The successful candidate will play an important role in growing the land and new homes division while developing long-term partnerships within the Sutton property market. The role is offered on a Self-Employed basis with a large commission share and a fixed retainer/salary.
