Previous experience using Estate Agency CRM system would be highly beneficial, together with the ability to work independently while supporting a busy sales team

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Branch Administrator / Property Manager:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Branch Manager and sales team
- Managing office systems, property records and compliance documentation
- Updating and maintaining the Reapit CRM database accurately
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, contractors and other third parties
- Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Prioritising workloads and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed within deadlines
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as an Estate Agency Branch Administrator or in a similar property administration role
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong administration and computer skills
- Experience using Reapit or another Estate Agency CRM system would be advantageous
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Confident working independently as well as part of a busy team
- High level of accuracy with excellent attention to detail
