An experienced Lettings Manager is required to lead a busy residential lettings operation in Staines. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys building strong business relationships, securing new instructions and delivering exceptional customer service.

You'll play a key role in driving the growth of the lettings business by carrying out market appraisals, winning new instructions, negotiating tenancies and supporting clients throughout the lettings process. Working alongside an established team, you'll use your local market knowledge, commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills to maximise opportunities while maintaining the highest standards of service for landlords and tenants alike.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Carry out lettings valuations and win new instructions

  • Generate new business opportunities and grow the lettings portfolio
  • Support and motivate the team while delivering outstanding customer service

  • Minimum of two years' experience in residential lettings
  • Proven success in winning instructions and carrying out lettings valuations
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • ARLA qualification would be advantageous
  • Professional, proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Good knowledge of the Staines area and surrounding locations would be beneficial
  • Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle
