What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Liaising with and updating clients on the progress of their sale.
  • Ensuring all parties in the chain are aware of timescales and requirements.
  • Communicating with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other agencies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction.
  • Managing sales progression from offer accepted through to completion.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring deadlines are met.
