A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a respected property management firm based in Sevenoaks as a Block Property Manager. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and collaboratively, with the confidence and ability to manage a diverse residential portfolio. The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly team and will be key in maintaining high standards across multiple buildings, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional service to residents and clients.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of residential blocks and estates
- Prepare and manage annual service charge budgets
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections
- Liaise with leaseholders, freeholders, and resident Directors
- Handle and resolve daily enquiries efficiently
- Ensure compliance with H&S, fire risk, asbestos, and related regulations
- Attend AGMs and residents’ meetings (some outside standard hours – TOIL offered)
- Assist with insurance renewals and claims
- Support and manage major works programmes
- Maintain accurate property and compliance records
- Collaborate with the internal accounts and admin teams
