An opportunity for a detail-focused Block Management Administrator to join a growing property management company in Sevenoaks, supporting property managers and ensuring smooth operation of residential developments.

You will be working within a busy and expanding team, providing essential administrative support to the Property Managers and delivering excellent service to residential owners. The role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to develop your career within the property management sector.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

  • Respond to maintenance requests and enquiries from residents and contractors
  • Liaise directly with property owners, contractors, and suppliers via email, phone, and in person
  • Assist in managing compliance tasks such as fire risk assessments and safety documentation
  • Obtain quotes, instruct and schedule works, and coordinate contractors
  • Prepare and deliver residents’ notices and correspondence
  • Assist with budgeting and record keeping for managed properties
  • Attend site visits with or on behalf of Property Managers
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
