What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the sales process from instruction to completion
• Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
• Conducting property viewings and securing offers
• Negotiating deals and progressing sales
• Providing exceptional customer service at every stage
• Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator (essential)
• Proven track record in residential property sales
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• High level of customer service and professionalism
• Well-presented, articulate, and motivated
• Good local knowledge of the Surbiton area
• Full UK driving licence and own car
