A successful independent property business is looking for an experienced Senior Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join its Chipping Norton team. This role would suit an ambitious property professional looking to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Generate new sales and lettings business through prospecting, referrals, networking and existing client relationships
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and tenancy terms and provide expert advice to clients
- Manage the lettings process from agreed offer through referencing, tenancy documentation and move-in
- Progress sales and lettings transactions while maintaining regular communication with all parties
- Develop valuation and listing skills with the aim of taking on responsibility for market appraisals
- Support the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running of the office and develop the skills required to progress into branch management

- Proven experience as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator or Senior Negotiator within residential estate agency
- Strong experience across both residential sales and lettings
- Thorough understanding of the lettings process from start to finish
- Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales and lettings targets
- Confident negotiating offers, tenancy terms and fees
- Strong communication, relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ambitious and commercially minded with a genuine desire to progress into Branch Management and valuations
- Organised, proactive and confident supporting colleagues while taking ownership of your own workload
