An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lettings Lister to join a busy residential lettings team in Gillingham. This role is ideal for a motivated property professional with strong listing, valuation and negotiation skills.

Joining an established and successful lettings team, you will play a key role in generating new business, carrying out rental valuations, winning new instructions and negotiating tenancies through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional looking to take the next step in their career while working within a supportive and professional environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Prospect for new business opportunities and generate new landlord instructions
  • Carry out rental valuations and secure new lettings listings
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancy agreements
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and applicants
  • Progress agreed lets through to completion while liaising with all parties involved
  • Contribute to branch performance by achieving personal and team targets

  • Minimum of two years' experience within residential lettings
  • Proven experience carrying out lettings valuations and winning new instructions
  • Strong sales, negotiation and business development skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Professional, ambitious and self-motivated approach
  • Well organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Good knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
