Run your own Lettings or Estate Agency business!

Are you an experienced Estate or Lettings Agent who lives in the London or Greater London area? A unique opportunity has arisen to join a London based network, run an exclusive area and the flexibility for remote working.

This opportunity will ideally suit a candidate who already has exceptional listing and instruction winning skills but who would like the flexibility of a remote self-employed working model and the chance to earn a larger proportion of the fee they bring in (up to 75% of the fee!).

Experience at branch manager, senior negotiator or valuations manager level will be an essential requirement of this role. You must currently live in the London / Greater London general area and have an excellent working knowledge of the area in which you reside or would like to work.

The perfect candidate will have several years’ experience in Estate Agency or Lettings and as the role is self-employed you must have the skills, ambition, and confidence to build your own business!

This is a self-employed agency associate role, which boasts many opportunities for growth and an uncapped OTE. The company will assist with administration, portal listing, property search software and be there when you need help and guidance. In addition, all property management is taken care of so that you can get on and do more deals!

Skills required for this Self-Employed Property Consultant role will include:

  • Estate agency / Lettings experience at Senior Negotiator / Lister / Branch Manager level
  • Experience valuing properties and winning instructions
  • Specific knowledge of the London / Greater London area
