We\’re looking for an experienced and organised Sales Progressor to join our dynamic team in Basingstoke.
In this pivotal role, you\’ll manage the post-sales process, acting as the key link between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure transactions are completed efficiently and successfully.
What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing a pipeline of residential property sales from offer through to completion
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that may delay or jeopardise sales
- Keeping all parties updated with regular progress reports and updates
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner
- Maintaining CRM records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations
