Our client is seeking a full-time Sales Progressor to manage an extensive property sales pipeline. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working two days per week from home.

What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Progress and manage residential sales from offer to completion
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, vendors, purchasers, and estate agents
- Provide regular updates and manage expectations of all parties
- Resolve issues and overcome obstacles to keep transactions on track
- Maintain accurate records and meet critical deadlines
- Work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
