We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Progressor to join our fast-paced Sales Department. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong grasp of property sales and legal processes.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales Progression to manage transactions from the outset and provide a smooth experience for all parties involved.

What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Prepare sales progression files post-sale agreement
- Create and distribute Sales Memorandums
- Make introduction calls to clients and buyers, explaining the sales process
- Liaise with estate agents and document all chain communications
- Conduct AML checks on all legal owners and buyers
- Ensure AML compliance before issuing Sales Memorandums
- Collect and securely store buyers\’ financial documents
- Maintain accurate digital files per regulations
- Confirm searches, surveys, and mortgage applications are underway
- Act as main contact for clients in early transaction stages
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales Progression to move sales forward
- Monitor and mitigate issues in the compliance process
What We\’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in property sales progression, conveyancing, or estate agency
- Strong knowledge of legal/compliance aspects of UK property sales
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities
- Professional and empathetic communication skills
- High computer literacy; Reapit software experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented and process-driven
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude
