A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a well-established, market leading independent Estate Agency with offices in the Reigate area: our client requires a full-time Sales Progressor to support their busy and successful team and to manage a very substantial business pipeline of current sales.
This is a perfect role for a candidate with superb estate agency skills but who is keen to have weekends off: The hours are Monday to Friday and the role is office based so no car is required.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is determined and driven: you must have previous experience in residential estate agency or conveyancing and have a full understanding of the property sales process .
You will have fantastic communication skills; be able to work on own initiative and be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You will liaise with Solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate Agents and report back to the vendors and purchasers.
The Company: Our client is a successful independent Sales and Lettings agency, with an excellent reputation and several local offices in Surrey.
