An exciting opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and experienced Sales Progressor to join a thriving independent estate agency in West Byfleet. You\’ll play a key role managing property sales through to completion, keeping all parties updated and ensuring the process runs smoothly.
This position is ideal for someone with solid knowledge of the property sales process, strong organisational skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Progress property sales from offer to completion
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and agents
  • Monitor transaction timelines and identify potential issues early
  • Keep all parties informed of progress and required actions
  • Ensure legal and compliance checks are followed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process
