WANTED! Experienced Sales Negotiator required for busy Stoneleigh estate agency. Supporting property sales, conducting viewings and delivering excellent customer service while developing skills within a professional residential sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sales Negotiator looking to build a successful career in Residential Estate Agency in the Stoneleigh area. The role would suit someone at the beginning of their property career, or with some previous experience, who enjoys working with people and providing first-class customer service. You will join a respected independent agency with a strong local presence and supportive team environment.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Assisting with negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
  • Providing regular feedback to vendors
  • Generating new applicant leads
  • Supporting senior team members with sales progression
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM system
