Responsibilities:

  • Carry out market appraisals and win new residential sales instructions
  • Drive sales performance while working towards individual and branch targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
  • Support, motivate and lead the sales team to achieve excellent results
  • Manage the sales process from instruction through to successful completion
  • Represent the business professionally while identifying new business opportunities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Negotiator or Valuer within a residential estate agency
  • Proven track record of winning instructions and delivering strong sales results
  • Excellent valuation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with the confidence to motivate and support colleagues
  • Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Professional, ambitious and target-driven with a positive attitude
