A strong local independent Estates Agency with offices in the Sutton area is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their property sales team. You will need to be a committed team player, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for property sales. You will be instrumental in helping to grow the market share whilst ensuring first class customer service is being delivered. You will need to be smart, punctual, reliable and articulate, whilst being driven, focused and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.
Previous experience in residential sales and/or lettings is essential and a minimum qualification for application as you will be hitting the ground running in a busy office!
