The successful candidate will help manage a portfolio of local residential properties, overseeing maintenance, compliance and tenancy matters from start to finish.
You will liaise closely with landlords, tenants and contractors, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while maintaining strong professional relationships and keeping all properties compliant.

What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties and handling day-to-day tenancy matters
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to resolve maintenance and property issues
- Ensuring properties meet current legislation, safety requirements and compliance standards
- Organising repairs, maintenance and property inspections while keeping landlords updated
- Managing tenancy renewals, deposits, check-in and check-out processes
- Dealing with rent arrears, preparing reports and providing a high level of customer service

- Proven experience within residential property management
- Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Confident problem-solving skills with a practical approach
- Professional, calm and organised when dealing with challenging situations
- Knowledge of Ruislip and the surrounding areas advantageous
- Full UK driving licence preferred
