Working closely with residential buyers, you will provide tailored mortgage and protection advice throughout the home buying journey.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor:
- Providing mortgage and protection advice tailored to individual client needs
- Managing mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to completion
- Building strong relationships with buyers and guiding them throughout the mortgage process
- Maintaining full compliance with FCA regulations and company procedures
- Working closely with estate agency colleagues to maximise referral opportunities
- Delivering outstanding customer service while achieving individual sales targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- CeMAP qualified
- Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Consultant
- Proven ability to provide mortgage and protection advice
- Strong sales and relationship building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, target-driven environment
- Full UK driving licence
