We are recruiting a highly skilled RICS Senior Valuation Surveyor to join an expanding property services company in the Paddock Wood / Tunbridge Wells area. This role requires a confident, professional individual with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, delivering accurate and timely valuations across the residential sector.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Undertaking residential property valuations for private clients and lenders
- Carrying out Landlord & Tenant Act procedures
- Managing and delivering professional valuation reports to a high standard
- Liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong working relationships
- Ensuring compliance with RICS standards and valuation best practices
- Working autonomously while also contributing effectively to the wider team
