What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Leading and managing a team of rural professionals
  • Handling day-to-day operational and P&L responsibilities
  • Securing and delivering rural agency instructions for land, farms, and rural property
  • Providing professional advice on valuations (RICS), landlord and tenant matters, grants/subsidies, rural planning, and more
  • Pitching and winning new instructions and growing personal and team profiles
  • Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service
  • Working across multiple offices to support and win new business
  • Driving marketing strategy with support from internal teams
  • Conducting property viewings and negotiating transactions
  • Using agency CRM systems effectively
  • Contributing market insights and commentary as required

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • MRICS qualified (FAAV desirable but not essential)
  • Proven experience in a similar rural surveying or agency role
  • Track record in team leadership and people management
  • Business development skills with the ability to win instructions
  • Commercially minded with strategic vision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Organised, self-motivated, and driven
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
