This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior-level professional to take on a full-time role that combines RICS-regulated work, rural agency, and team leadership.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Leading and managing a team of rural professionals
- Handling day-to-day operational and P&L responsibilities
- Securing and delivering rural agency instructions for land, farms, and rural property
- Providing professional advice on valuations (RICS), landlord and tenant matters, grants/subsidies, rural planning, and more
- Pitching and winning new instructions and growing personal and team profiles
- Managing client relationships and delivering outstanding service
- Working across multiple offices to support and win new business
- Driving marketing strategy with support from internal teams
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating transactions
- Using agency CRM systems effectively
- Contributing market insights and commentary as required
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- MRICS qualified (FAAV desirable but not essential)
- Proven experience in a similar rural surveying or agency role
- Track record in team leadership and people management
- Business development skills with the ability to win instructions
- Commercially minded with strategic vision
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Organised, self-motivated, and driven
- Comfortable with CRM systems and technology
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
