What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Trainee Sales Progressor:

  • Assist in managing residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
  • Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and branch teams to help progress transactions
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates to all parties involved
  • Support the identification and resolution of issues that may delay exchanges or completions
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
  • Deliver a professional and proactive customer experience throughout the sales journey
