The successful candidate will support the sales progression team in managing property transactions from agreed sale through to completion. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Trainee Sales Progressor:
- Assist in managing residential property sales from offer acceptance through to legal completion
- Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisers and branch teams to help progress transactions
- Monitor sales pipelines and provide regular updates to all parties involved
- Support the identification and resolution of issues that may delay exchanges or completions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant
- Deliver a professional and proactive customer experience throughout the sales journey
