This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to work with a highly respected, market-leading independent estate agency with offices in the Purley area. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in estate agency sales and want to be part of a strong winning team

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:
- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry to completion
- Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
- Building and maintaining relationships with buyers and sellers
- Driving new business and market share growth
- Meeting and exceeding personal and office sales targets
- Providing first-class customer service at all times
- Maintaining up-to-date property records and marketing materials
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in estate agency sales
- Proven sales and customer service background
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Strong telephone manner and positive attitude
- Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of Purley and surrounding areas (advantageous)
- Full UK driving licence and own car essential
- Professional and punctual approach to work
