An experienced Property Management Team Leader is required to join a busy residential property management department based in Lee. This role would suit a highly organised and motivated Property Management professional with previous leadership experience.

Managing both a portfolio of residential properties and a small team of Property Managers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the department, maintaining high service standards, and supporting the ongoing growth of the business. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage priorities while supporting both clients and team members.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties from move-in to tenancy end
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assisting team members with complex property management issues and dispute resolution

  • Previous experience in residential Property Management
  • Previous experience managing or supervising a team within a property environment
  • Good understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

  • Professional and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to resolve problems efficiently and remain calm under pressure
  • Positive, proactive and professional approach to work
  • Full UK driving licence
