We’re working with a respected estate agency in Dorking who are looking to bring on board a proactive and detail-driven Property Manager & Lettings Accounts Administrator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, balancing client communication, lettings accounts, and day-to-day management duties.

What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing rental payment processes and invoicing for landlords and contractors
- Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with trusted contractors
- Acting as the main point of contact for landlord clients, offering updates and support
- Organising property access, contractor appointments, and quotes
- Identifying cost efficiencies and helping to improve management margins
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Managing deposit disputes in accordance with legal regulations
- Providing day-to-day support to the wider lettings and property management team
What We\’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Experience in property management, lettings accounts, or a customer service-based role
- Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
- Propertymark qualified or willing to train
- Full UK driving licence
- Based within easy reach of Dorking, Reigate, or Redhill
