Location: Dorking, RH4

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

We’re working with a respected estate agency in Dorking who are looking to bring on board a proactive and detail-driven Property Manager & Lettings Accounts Administrator. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced property environment, balancing client communication, lettings accounts, and day-to-day management duties.

What You\’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing rental payment processes and invoicing for landlords and contractors
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair requests with trusted contractors
  • Acting as the main point of contact for landlord clients, offering updates and support
  • Organising property access, contractor appointments, and quotes
  • Identifying cost efficiencies and helping to improve management margins
  • Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
  • Managing deposit disputes in accordance with legal regulations
  • Providing day-to-day support to the wider lettings and property management team

What We\’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Experience in property management, lettings accounts, or a customer service-based role
  • Familiar with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
  • Propertymark qualified or willing to train
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Based within easy reach of Dorking, Reigate, or Redhill
