Supporting the management of a substantial property portfolio, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and property-related duties, including tenant onboarding, tenancy administration, contractor coordination, property inspections and client communication.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Providing administrative support across a large residential property portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with contractors and service providers
- Preparing tenancy agreements, referencing documentation and tenancy paperwork
- Arranging property inspections, move-ins, move-outs and deposit registrations
- Managing client, tenant and contractor communications and responding to enquiries
- Supporting marketing activities, property listings and general office administration

- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
