A Property Inspection Consultant is required to join a busy lettings operation in Upminster. This position offers a varied role combining property visits, inspections, reporting, and customer interaction while supporting the smooth management of residential properties.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections throughout the tenancy lifecycle, ensuring properties are maintained to appropriate standards and producing accurate reports using specialist systems. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Carry out property inspections and produce detailed condition reports using specialist software
  • Conduct mid-term tenancy inspections and provide updates to landlords
