Our client is seeking an experienced Sales & Lettings Manager to operate across Portsmouth, managing their own portfolio of clients while delivering a seamless property service across both sales and lettings.
This position offers a flexible, autonomous working style supported by strong marketing and administrative resources, along with access to modern systems and tools. You will be responsible for generating business, listing property, and managing transactions end-to-end while building lasting client relationships. Previous property industry experience is essential.

- Previous experience in estate agency sales and/or lettings is essential
- Background as a Branch Manager, Sales Manager, Lettings Manager, or Lister advantageous
- Proven ability to win instructions and list property
- Strong business generation skills
- Existing network of landlords, developers, or local contacts beneficial
- Highly motivated with a professional, proactive approach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence required
