As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating new business, arranging and conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and supporting clients throughout the sales process.
You will work closely with buyers and sellers, build long-term relationships and contribute to the continued success of the branch by delivering a professional, proactive and customer-focused service.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator (Part Time):
- Registering buyers and matching applicants with suitable properties
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Negotiating offers and progressing sales through to completion
- Generating new business through prospecting and relationship building
- Maintaining regular contact with buyers, sellers and solicitors throughout the sales process
- Delivering exceptional customer service while working towards individual and branch targets
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience as a Residential Sales Negotiator
- Proven ability to generate and win new business
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Professional, confident and well presented
- Self-motivated with a positive and proactive approach
- Knowledge of Moreton-in-Marsh and the surrounding area would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
- Organised, reliable and committed to delivering the highest levels of service
