An excellent opportunity for an experienced qualified and practicing Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a thriving independent estate agency offering quality leads, strong support and significant earning potential.

This opportunity is ideal for a professional motivated and knowledgeable Mortgage & Protection Advisor who wants to work with a progressive independent estate agency covering South East London and Kent.

You will manage client mortgage and protection needs, benefit from a steady flow of quality leads and contribute to the continued growth of the financial services division.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Providing expert mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients
• Managing leads generated through the agency’s network and client database
• Identifying cross‑selling opportunities for protection products
• Ensuring clients receive comprehensive compliant and tailored financial solutions
• Maintaining accurate client records and adhering to regulatory standards
• Building and developing relationships with internal and external partners
• Driving the growth of the financial services division through proactive business development

What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience)

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification essential
• Proven experience as a Mortgage or Financial Advisor
• Strong knowledge of mortgage markets and products
• Skilled in cross‑selling protection and insurance solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional, articulate and well‑presented
• Highly motivated with a proven sales track record
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases effectively
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
