An experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager is required to manage a mixed residential and commercial portfolio across the South East, ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and managed to a consistently high standard.
This is a varied portfolio management role involving inspections, maintenance, compliance, contractor management and regular communication with landlords, tenants and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be organised, proactive and confident in managing multiple properties and priorities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a mixed property portfolio
- Conducting regular inspections and producing detailed reports
- Coordinating reactive and planned maintenance works
- Acting as the main point of contact for tenants and stakeholders
- Ensuring full compliance with current property legislation and safety standards
- Supporting lettings activity including move-ins, renewals, and vacancies
- Undertaking some weekend working as required

- Experience in residential lettings or property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple properties and priorities
- Knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
- Ability to coordinate maintenance and manage contractors
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
- Professional qualifications (e.g. ARLA/Propertymark) or working towards desirable
