An opportunity has arisen for an experienced “In-House” Property Manager based in New Malden and overseeing a mixed residential and commercial portfolio across the South East: ensuring properties are maintained, compliant, and managed to a consistently high standard.

This is a hands-on role managing day-to-day operations, inspections, maintenance, and resident communication while supporting overall portfolio performance on behalf of a professional property and investment company. The perfect candidate will report to the company directors and will need to be organised, proactive, and confident; managing multiple sites, with the ability to build strong client relationships and maintain high service standards.
