What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager:
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in through to move-out
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Handling maintenance requests, inspections, renewals and deposit returns
- Ensuring properties and tenancies comply with relevant lettings legislation
- Liaising with contractors and coordinating maintenance works effectively
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent customer service

- Previous experience in residential property management is essential
- ARLA qualified or willing to work towards the qualification
- Strong knowledge of residential lettings legislation and processes
- Excellent organisation and communication skills

- Ability to remain calm, organised and effective under pressure
