A leading residential property business is looking for an experienced New Homes Business Development Manager to drive new business across Kent. This role would suit a commercially minded property professional with strong industry connections and proven business development experience.

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new development opportunities, building relationships with housebuilders and developers, and growing the new homes portfolio across the region. The successful candidate will combine strong sales ability with excellent market knowledge, confidently presenting services, negotiating agreements and developing long-term partnerships while contributing to wider business growth. Previous experience in both estate agency and new homes business development will be essential requirements to qualify for this role.

  • Monitor market activity and identify emerging development opportunities within the region
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to maximise performance across new homes developments
